Working Process:

1. Manual Loading: Operator places the motor housing on the fixture.

2. Sticker Application: Automated unit places sticker on the housing.

3. Part Flipping: Second station flips the housing for further processing.

4. Shaft Sizing: Third station performs precise sizing near the shaft.

5. Greasing Unit: Applies grease to the center shaft area.

6. Magnet Fitting: Auto-picks and places magnet over the shaft with accurate alignment.

7. Final Ejection: Completed part is automatically ejected.

Working Process:

1. Manual Loading: Operator places the main body, center cap, and side part onto the fixture.

3. Sticker Application: Simultaneously, a sticker is dispensed and held by a vacuum system, then precisely applied to the cavity under the part.

4. Completion: All actuators retract. The assembly is now complete with the sticker placed and components securely fit.
